At Midnight Thorne LLC, we take pride in the grit and detail of every piece we create. Because our items are custom-engraved and made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Sales

Due to the personalized nature of our products (including custom wood, leather, and powder-coated tumblers), all sales are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges for items that have been custom-engraved with specific names, dates, or unique designs provided by the customer.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

  • Reporting Damage: You must notify us at midnightthornellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation: To process a replacement or refund for damaged goods, please include a photo of the damaged item and the original packaging.

3. Our Satisfaction Commitment

While sales are generally final, we are a small studio that values our "Outlaw" community. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us promptly. We are committed to working with you to find a suitable solution—whether that is a partial credit, a discount on a replacement, or a fix for a technical error on our part. We believe in fair dealings and honest craftsmanship.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-engraved products

  • Personal care items (if applicable)

  • Sale items or gift cards

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved due to damage or an error on our part, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
