Midnight Thorne LLC is a digital-first studio. We do not maintain a physical retail storefront for public browsing, order pickups, or in-person consultations. Our registered address is for administrative and shipping purposes only. All transactions and communications must be conducted through our official website or authorized social media channels.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, ram skull imagery, and custom engraving designs, is the property of Midnight Thorne LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any portion of our designs without express written permission from us.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Goods

Because many of our items are custom-engraved via xTool laser technology:

Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all custom text (names, dates, quotes) is spelled correctly at the time of order.
Variations: Natural materials like wood and leather have inherent grain and color variations. These are not considered "defects" but are part of the rustic, "Gothic Western" aesthetic of Midnight Thorne.

5. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
