Shipping Policy

At Midnight Thorne LLC, every piece is crafted with precision. Because our goods are custom-engraved to order, they require a little extra time to perfect before they head out into the world.

1. Processing Time (The "Make" Phase)

Before an item ships, it must be designed, engraved, and inspected.

  • Standard Custom Orders: Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and crafted.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume sales, processing may extend to 7–10 business days. We appreciate your patience—quality cannot be rushed.

2. Shipping & Delivery (The "Transit" Phase)

Once your order leaves our studio, shipping times depend on the method selected at checkout.

  • Carrier: We primarily ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your package is scanned by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

  • Estimated Transit: * Standard Ground: 3–7 business days.

    • Expedited: 1–3 business days.

    • Note: These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, we are subject to their schedules and transit conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination. We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions—be sure to join our mailing list to be the first to know.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Addresses

  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do our best to ship to all locations, but please note that some larger items may require a physical street address for UPS delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

We understand that waiting for a custom piece is exciting. While we have no control over the mail once it leaves our studio, we are here to help if things go wrong:

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at midnightthornellc@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
